2026년 PCCC 변경사항
관세청은 2026년부터 PCCC의 유효기간과 정기 갱신 제도를 도입했습니다. 2026년 이후 신규 발급된 번호는 발급일을 기준으로 1년의 유효기간이 적용되며, 2026년 이전에 발급된 번호는 2027년 본인 생일에 만료되도록 안내되어 있습니다. 기존 번호를 사용하고 있더라도 주문 전에 현재 상태와 등록 정보를 확인해 주세요.
또한 2026년부터 해외직구 통관 시 수취인 이름과 휴대전화 번호뿐 아니라 배송지 우편번호의 일치 여부도 강화되어 확인됩니다.

What is a PCCC?
A Personal Customs Clearance Code, also called a PCCC or PCC, is a personal identification number issued by the Korea Customs Service for overseas purchases. It begins with the letter P followed by 12 digits.

How to apply for or check a PCCC
Apply for, check, or update your information through the official Korea Customs Service website:
Identity verification may be required. Foreign residents in South Korea can also apply and should enter their identity information exactly as registered in Korea.
Your order information must match
Please make sure the following details match the information registered to your PCCC:
- Recipient's full name
- Korean mobile phone number
- Postal code and delivery information
- PCCC
Even a small difference may lead to a verification request or customs delay.

For Pomme by Jaisy orders delivered to South Korea, enter the complete shipping address in Korean characters. Include the postal code, province or city, district, street and building number, apartment or building name, and the building, floor, and unit number.
How to enter the recipient's name
Korean customers: Enter the full Korean name exactly as registered with the PCCC.
Foreign residents: Enter the name exactly as registered with the PCCC or Korean residence information. If it is registered in English, use the same English spelling and name order rather than translating it into Korean.
Use the correct Korean mobile number
Provide the recipient's active Korean mobile number. A customs broker or delivery company may contact the recipient if more information is needed. Whenever possible, use the number registered with the PCCC.
Before placing your order
- Confirm that your PCCC is active.
- Make sure your name matches the PCCC registration.
- Enter the correct Korean mobile number.
- Check your postal code and delivery details.
- Write the complete address in Korean.
- Include the apartment, building, floor, and unit numbers.
2026 PCCC updates
Korea Customs introduced validity and renewal requirements for PCCC numbers beginning in 2026. Newly issued codes from 2026 have a one-year validity period. Codes issued before 2026 are scheduled to expire on the holder's birthday in 2027. Please check that your code and registered details are current before ordering.
Customs verification has also been strengthened to check the recipient's name, mobile number, and delivery postal code.
