Personalized Items
All Bloopi cuties are made to order based on the customization details you provide. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized items due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item or style
- Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer
- Spelling errors provided by the customer
- Slight color differences caused by screen displays
- Minor handmade variations that do not affect the functionality or overall quality of the product
Please carefully review your customization details before completing your order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
For missing item claims, we may request a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package and all contents. This helps us investigate the issue with our shipping partners and ensure a fair resolution.
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, production may have already begun, and we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds for personalized items.
Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, Bloopi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
