Thank you for shopping with Pomme by Jaisy! Every item is made to order with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Processing Time

All Bloopi products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.

Our standard processing time is 5–10 business days. Actual production time may vary depending on our current order volume and production schedule.

For larger orders, additional processing time may be required. If this applies to your order, we will communicate the estimated production timeline with you whenever possible.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may also be longer than usual.

If a particular product has a significantly longer production time than our standard estimate, the expected processing time will be clearly stated on that product's page before purchase.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.


Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been shipped. After your order has been shipped out, please allow about 5-10 business days to deliver.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

if you would like to have express shipping, please reach out to us at hipocketpals@gmail.com with your order detail, location, and expected time. We will try our best to accommodate your request. You will be responsible for the shipping costs in such cases.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.


Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Bloopi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before your order enters production or ships.


International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Bloopi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out—we'll do our best to help.
