How do I customize my order?
Simply choose your favorite case design, upload your photos, and complete your purchase. We'll carefully create your personalized charm based on the information you provide.
What photos work best?
For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution, well-lit photos with your subject clearly visible.
Because our charms are relatively small, photos where people or subjects appear too far away or occupy only a small portion of the image may not produce the best final result.
If we believe your uploaded photo may not print well due to image quality, composition, or subject size, we'll contact you to request a replacement photo before production whenever possible.
Tips for the best results:
- Use clear, high-resolution photos.
- Make sure the subject fills a good portion of the image.
- Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily cropped photos.
- Screenshots and low-resolution images may not produce the best print quality.
Can I upload multiple photos?
Each product page will specify how many photos are needed. Please upload the required number of images when placing your order.
Will I receive a design preview before production?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we do not provide design proofs or previews before production.
Our team will carefully arrange your photos according to the product layout you've selected.
However, if we find that your uploaded photos do not meet our printing requirements or believe the final result may not meet our quality standards, we will contact you before production to discuss possible replacements or adjustments.
Our goal is to create a keepsake you'll love, so we'll always do our best to ensure the best possible outcome.
What if one of my photos isn't suitable?
If one or more of your uploaded photos are blurry, low-resolution, too dark, or otherwise unsuitable for printing, we'll contact you before production whenever possible to request a replacement image.
If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be delayed until we receive suitable photos.

How long does it take to make my order?
Because every item is made to order, our standard processing time is 5–10 business days.
Production time may vary depending on our current order volume. If a product requires significantly longer processing, the estimated timeline will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Changes & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, production may have already begun, and we are unable to accept cancellations or changes.
Can I return a personalized product?
Because every item is made specifically for you, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How should I care for my charm?
To help your keepsake stay beautiful:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
- Keep away from high heat and direct sunlight.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed.
- Handle with care to avoid scratches or impact damage.
Will the colors look exactly the same as my screen?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade production process.
