Why does the back of the lenticular card look like?

The back of our lenticular cards features a clean white finish created by a UV white backing layer. This backing is an essential part of the manufacturing process, helping enhance the brightness and clarity of the printed image on the front.

Why can I still see part of the other image?

A slight overlap between the two images, known as ghosting, is a natural characteristic of lenticular printing. The amount of ghosting depends on how different the two images are. Choosing photos with similar framing and composition helps create a smoother transition.

Why does my card have tiny lines on the surface?

Lenticular cards are covered with a special lens sheet made up of thousands of microscopic ridges. These fine lines are essential to creating the flip effect and are a normal part of the product.

Will the colors look exactly like my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and the UV printing process. We always do our best to reproduce your images as accurately as possible.

Why do very light or white areas look different during the flip?

Large white or very light-colored areas may show slightly more ghosting during the transition. This is an optical characteristic of lenticular printing and not a printing defect.

Why do some fine details appear softer?

Very thin lines, tiny text, or intricate patterns may appear slightly softer because of the lenticular lens structure. For the best results, we recommend avoiding extremely fine details whenever possible.

Will my design be perfectly centered?

Every product is carefully aligned by hand, but a small production tolerance is normal.

To avoid important details being trimmed, please keep faces, text, and other key elements away from the edges of your artwork.

What is a safe area?

Please keep all important elements—such as faces, text, logos, and decorative details—inside the safe area shown in our template.

Any content placed too close to the edge may be trimmed during production.

Why is there a bleed area?

A bleed area is required to ensure your design extends fully to the edges after trimming.

Please allow the background or artwork to extend beyond the cut line. Avoid placing important details inside the bleed area.

Can you adjust or crop my photo for me?

We may make minor adjustments, such as centering or resizing your photo to fit the product.

However, we will not remove objects, extend backgrounds, or make major edits unless this service is specifically included with your order.

What image quality should I upload?

For the best results, we recommend:

  • Original photos whenever possible
  • High-resolution images
  • Clear, well-lit subjects
  • Avoid heavily compressed screenshots or blurry images

Can I use screenshots?

Yes, but screenshots are often lower in quality than the original image. Higher-resolution files will produce the sharpest printed results.

Will every lenticular card look exactly the same?

Because each item is handmade and made to order, slight variations in alignment are normal. These small differences do not affect the intended flip effect.

Can I return a custom-made lenticular product?

Because every item is personalized specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
